Biography

He is a 29 year old fighter born in Naga City, Philippines. Moved to Australia in 2009. He has always loved competition and playing sports such as Basketball and Rugby League. In the summer of 2019 he was attacked in Fremantle and lost all confidence in himself and his ability to protect those around him so he did his research and found Wilkes MMA. What started out as a second chance to build confidence and self defence turned out to be a pivotal point in his life and would later form his core values and beliefs. He learnt the true meaning of hard work, what real resilience looks and feels like and what a little self belief and confidence can give to a person who had lost their way. He was young boy who turned into a good man through the experiences and relationships he had built inside the gym.

This place and the people in it had stoked the small embers in his mind and body turning it into a roaring inferno fuelled by determination, self-belief and the undying hunger for progress instilled in him. This place has shown him that anything in this world is possible as long you have the determination to pursue them and the confidence and self-belief to succeed when the opportunity presents itself. A real fighter does not shrink away at the bright lights and pressure of the moment, for it is in those moments he will find the answer to his questions. His ultimate goal is to put as many medals, trophies and championship belts on those very walls as a sign of gratitude and thanks for saving his life.
